This bright raspberry panne velvet flounce is perfect for a party! The flounce is graced with a graduated ruffle and a graduated hand-woven band of CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements along the top of the ruffle and the collar. The lining is soft, white Ultrasuede. There is an attached solid brass dee ring and a removable Diva Dangle. The neck and waist closures are Velcro for maximum flexibility. A matching Raspberry Velvet Cord Leash is available upon request. Made in the USA of imported fabrics. Each flounce is made when ordered.
