Beautiful red silk harness covered in layers upon layers of hand cut red satin rosettes. All rosettes are sewn on by hand and the harness is embellished with red Swarovski crystals for that sought after crystal sparkle. A long sparkle red tulle skirt adds both depth, texture and elegance. The graduated tulle layers have been bunched and sewn to resemble a ballroom gown, giving this dress an uplifting yet regal appeal. Velcro closure under neck and under chest. "Bling" style pin attached at neck.
