This NAVY (not black)
collar is 5/8" wide. It has lovely white Swarovski crystals set in
sterling silver plated settings as well as white faux pearls. So
Pretty!

take a cloth tape measure and measure your pet's neck snuggly. I will
add extra holes for comfort. Please do not measure the collar length.
