This dress is made from metallic sapphire blue lamé. It really shines and stands out in the crowd. To recreate the American Flag, I gave the dress a bow of multiple red and white ribbons representing our stripes. A little star hangs from each strand. The skirt is lined in nylon tulle for extra support. But it would not be 4th of July without the fireworks! I have crown the dress with a crystal brooch to resemble the most beautiful spherical fire works. The bodice of the dress is lined in rustic toile to represent the time period!
