Sleeveless, lined and inner fabric around the sleeveless shoulder with two pockets at the back of the coat with "Paw-Patters" to dry and clean your pampered-pooch's paws after a walk in the rain or snow or a run around in the mud. Complete, secure closure from bottom of the neck to under the belly avoiding your pooch soiling his belly with his front paws.
