This Furniture is Hand crafted. Solid wood is used for most of the framework of these sofas, beds, stools, giving the sturdiness and stability that our animals so appreciate.

Sumptuous upholstery fabrics, French or otherwise, are selected to suit the period styles. Others are more contemporary. All fabrics are easy to care for. Most of the mattresses, cushions and bolster pillows have removable covers.

The cushions are usually stuffed with real feathers, offering our little friends soft, natural, old time comfort.

For the gilded woodwork, the craftsman uses whiting, red gilder's clay base, rabbit skin glue and gold leaf.

Rectangular solid wood stools. The upper cushion are made of foam rubber and real feathers. The seat of the stool lifts off for easy access to the inner cushion. The inner mattresses are made of foam rubber. All the cushions have removable covers.
This restrained, refined stool is covered on the outside with mouse-grey wool flannel bordered with rose parma taffeta. The inner cushion is covered with anthracite grey flannel and trimmed with rose parma taffeta piping. The inside woodwork is painted black.
